1. Free Trial Policy

If you are satisfied with our service, your subscription will continue at the regular rate. If you wish to cancel before the trial ends, simply contact us, and no charges will be applied.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Working: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund or replacement subscription
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged twice for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charge

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after successful service delivery
  • Partial month subscriptions (unless service was unavailable)
  • Cancellations made after the refund window has passed
  • Issues caused by user's internet connection or device compatibility

5. Refund Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund is provided for the current billing period.

Refund: A refund is a return of payment for a subscription that has already been charged. Refunds are only available under the circumstances outlined in Section 2 above.

7. Payment Method Refunds
